Unlock the power of coding through Minecraft Education in this 7-week, project-based in person class. Students will learn both block-based coding and JavaScript using real computer science concepts aligned with CSTA standards.
Each week builds coding confidence and creativity as students explore:
Events & event handlers
Coordinates (X, Y, Z)
Variables & conditionals
Functions, iteration, & arrays
Artificial Intelligence
A final project to show what they’ve learned
No prior experience needed — just a love for Minecraft and curiosity to create!
Fridays – @ Little Prodigy School of the Arts
Class 1 - 12:45–2:00 PM – Coding with Minecraft (Grades 4–8)
Class 2 - 3:30–4:45 PM – Coding with Minecraft (Grades 4–8)
Session 3: January 9th - February 28th
Students will need to bring their own device.(Windows, Mac, Chromebook, iPhone, iPad, Android devices)
